The ASVAB Career Exploration Program includes a validated aptitude test and interest assessment. The results are used to guide career exploration using career planning tools, or as a placement tool for military service. An aptitude test can be useful to students because it can help them choose the right career path and find a job that matches their skills and talents by recognizing what they excel at naturally.
