Transcript Requests and Diploma Replacement

Transcripts

Currently Enrolled Students: Current Anderson students must use Naviance for all transcript requests. To access Naviance, you must sign in through your student portal.  Complete transcript request instructions can be found on the Naviance home page.  Every currently enrolled student receives 10 free transcripts per school year.  Additional transcripts are $3.00 each.  Transcript requests for NCAA are handled electronically and do not require a request or payment.

 

Former Students: Transcripts are maintained as permanent archives for all students. Transcript requests are $3 per copy.  Former students can Download/Print the form, then mail completed form, copy of ID, and $3 (check or money order) to the address below.  You can also email the completed form, copy of ID and online payment receipt to christy.potts@austin.org.  If you live in the Austin area and would like to pick up your transcript, you can email or fax the form to 512-841-1644 and indicate on the form that you will be picking up the transcript.  Please allow two days for processing. Transcript requests are $3 per copy and can be paid at pick up.  Please bring your photo ID.

You will need to pay online and email the receipt with your photo ID or pay at pickup and present photo ID.

 

Pay online for your transcripts!  Please go to https://austinisd.schoolcashonline.com/ to pay for your transcript order using a credit card or echeck.  Instructions are here.  Please submit receipt/order confirmation with your Request for Transcript form or upon transcript pick up.  Current and former students can use the online payment system.

Diploma Replacement

Copies of diplomas are not maintained as part of the student's permanent record.   Copies may be obtained through an outside vendor.  Our office will provide you with a letter certifying that you graduated from Anderson HS.  You will send this letter to the vendor, fees may apply. The vendor will create a copy of your diploma and send it directly to the student.  Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the vendor to complete your request. Follow the steps below to receive a replacement diploma.

  1. Download the request form.
  2. Mail, email, fax or hand deliver the completed request form to our office, along with a copy of your photo ID.  We cannot accept phone requests.
  3. As indicated on the request form, we will mail the certified letter to you or you can pick it up.  Allow 2 days for processing.
  4. Student then submits certified letter to the vendor. The vendor address is listed on the certified letter.
