Congratulations on your decision to attend Austin Community College in the Fall of 2026! As a graduate of Anderson High School, you will be able to take advantage of ACC’s free tuition program. You can read about the program here.
Class of 2026 – Updated ACC Instructions
ACC Fall 2025 Registration Opens May 15th
New students new to ACC should use this ACC Application Guide for instructions about activating ACCeID, ACC Mail, Orientation, Advising (New Group Advising Option) and sending TSI and SAT scores
Dual Credit students transitioning to Traditional ACC students need to follow these steps: https://dualcredit.austincc.edu/graduating-dual-credit-students/ and then sign up for Group Advising here: https://calendly.com/group-advising-summer-2026
This information is for students who are NEW to ACC
Next Steps for Heading to ACC Fall 2026:
Step 1: Do you need TSI testing?
ACC will require that you submit TSI (Texas Success Initiative) testing in English and Math. If you met the TSI exemptions via SAT (480 in English, 530 in Math) you will upload a PDF of your SAT scores to ACC during the registration process. If you didn’t meet the TSI via SAT, then you will need to take the TSI exams here at Anderson. (Don’t worry about your TSI exams scores too much – you will be accepted at ACC!)
Sign up to take the TSI here at Anderson here.
Step 2: Sign up for ACC Registration Workshop - March 26 or April 9th
Register for the ACC workshop here. Registering allows us to have your Fall transcript and TSI support materials ready for you to upload. You will need your social security number, a personal email, and a mobile phone to apply to ACC.
Can't make the workshops? Come see us in room 133 at lunch and we will help you get started.
Students can also follow the steps to register as a TRADITIONAL student here: https://admissions.austincc.edu/
Step 3: Sign up for a tour of ACC
Tours for this school year have been completed. More will be scheduled next school year.
A permission slip will be delivered to you the week before the field trip. We have space for 25 students to attend each of these 90-minute tours.
Step 4: Apply, Activate ACCeID, ACC Mail, Online Orientation, and Advising
Completing your ACC application has several steps so that you can be ready to register for Fall 2026 classes when they open in mid-May. Remember, ACC is growing and being able to register early is helpful in signing up for classes before they are waitlisted.
