Seniors must complete two surveys prior to graduation.

1) Austin ISD Senior Exit Survey

• Students will see a designated student portal tile they may click to get into the survey: 

Students must use their AISD Student ID number (numbers only, no "S") to access the survey.

This survey takes about 15 to 20 minutes and must be completed in one sitting.

Students will know they are finished when they see a "Happy Graduation" picture.  Student can only take the survey one time - so students can try and log in to check if they have completed the survey

2) Anderson Final Transcript Survey

Tell us what you are doing after high school, and where to send your transcript!  We CANNOT send your transcripts to any school (including ACC) without you telling us!  Get this short form filled out once you know your final destination! 

A few reminders:

Type out the college's entire name - no abbreviations.  (i.e. The University of Texas San Antonio)

UT Cap Students should list their CAP campus and the University of Texas at Austin

Type out your entire mailing address including zip code

Share a personal email you check - in case we need to reach you!

Highly encourage you to send a transcript to ACC  no matter your future plans - remember you have FREE tuition starting Fall 2026!
